Implementation of Digital Waiter Nepal, a smart restaurant and hospitality service solution, at Yala Villa, located in Patan, Lalitpur. The goal was to modernize guest service by digitizing food ordering, room service, and billing—ultimately improving efficiency and the overall guest experience.
Yala Villa partnered with Digital Waiter Nepal to transform its guest service operations and provide a seamless, tech-enabled experience to its local and international guests. We deployed tablet-based ordering systems in each room and dining area, allowing guests to browse the digital menu, place food and beverage orders, request housekeeping, or call reception with a single tap. The backend system was configured to relay orders in real-time to the kitchen and service staff, reducing communication delays and human errors. The solution also integrated digital billing and Fonepay for smooth and secure checkout. Customization included a multilingual interface to serve tourists, real-time menu updates, and a dashboard for management to track order history and performance. As a result, Yala Villa reported a 40% reduction in service time, improved customer satisfaction scores, and enhanced staff coordination across departments.
